How do I change a customers details?

That’s easy enough, just follow the step-by-step below.

 

- Login to your account.

- In your Dashboard click on the wanted campaign.

- In this 'Reports' page you will see all customer details. On the right hand side of the page click 'Customer View'.

- You can now use the search bar to search for a particular customer. 

- Highlight the wanted customer. On the right hand side of the page you will see a number of options.

- Click Edit and you will be able to change any of their details. 

- When you make any changes press 'Send' at the bottom of the page, this will save the change and email the Customer  confirmation of the change.
