I need to Resend a deal customers email confirmation.

To resend a deal customer their confirmation email simply follow the steps below.

 

  • Login to your account.
  • In your Dashboard click on the wanted campaign.
  • In this 'Reports' page you will see all customer details. On the right hand side of the page click 'Customer View'.
  • You can now use the search bar to search for a particular customer. 
  • Highlight the wanted customer. On the right hand side of the page you will see a number of options.
  • Click Edit. You will be brought to that customers redemption page.
  • Click 'Submit' at the bottom of the page, this will email the Customer their confirmation again.
